PRACTICAL QUESTIONS. SHARED EXPLORATION.

What does your team
need to talk about?

01

Serious illness at work

What do you say when a colleague has cancer? Explore how to approach a conversation that can feel difficult to begin.

02

Talking about dying

How do you talk to someone who is dying? Make room for questions about communication with patients, relatives and colleagues.

03

Making space for grief

How can we make space for grief at work? Explore what being there for one another could look like.

HOW JOHANNA WORKS

Experience.
Participation.
Practice.

Johanna combines nursing education with facilitation and service-design training. The emphasis is on participating and exploring together.

Her work with WorkPlayExperience also brings a practical approach to designing end-of-life experiences.

Discuss your group, the situations you face and what you want to explore. The workshop scope and format can then be agreed with Johanna.

“The few talks we had were incredibly helpful and gave me a lot of additional security.”
